26 May 2026

Ottawa, May 26, 2026 – The French Language Health Services Planning Centre (CPSSF) is pleased to announce two appointments to its leadership team.

Martin Lajeunesse has been appointed Regional Director, North-East, North-West and East Ontario, effective May 18, 2026. In this role, he will be responsible for strengthening regional partnerships and supporting the achievement of CPSSF’s strategic priorities across these regions.

A bilingual leader with more than 15 years of experience in management, governance and regional collaboration, Mr. Lajeunesse has extensive knowledge of Northern Ontario and the realities of Francophone communities. He previously worked as an Initiatives Officer and Official Languages Co-Champion at FedNor (Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario).

He also held leadership roles at Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario, where he oversaw finance and human resources. In addition, he played an active role in the development of La Place des Arts du Grand Sudbury, a major project supporting Francophone cultural vitality in the region.

Monique Rocheleau has been appointed Director, Strategic Planning and Performance, effective March 2, 2026, leading a newly established team within CPSSF. She previously served as Interim Regional Director for Northern Ontario at CPSSF.

A bilingual leader with more than 30 years of experience in the health and social services sectors, Ms. Rocheleau is recognized for her collaborative leadership, strategic vision and commitment to health equity.

She brings strong expertise in governance, organizational transformation, partnership development and strategic planning. In her new role, she will help strengthen CPSSF’s capacity to support data-informed strategic planning aimed at improving access to and quality of French-language health services for Francophones across Ontario.

CPSSF wishes Ms. Rocheleau and Mr. Lajeunesse continued success in their new roles.
