Strategic Planning

OUR VOICE, OUR HEALTH

The French Language Health Planning Centre (CPSSF) is taking a new step forward: the development of its first strategic plan for 2028–2031.

This plan will define the priorities that will guide our actions and our contribution to improve French language healthcare services throughout Ontario.

But we don’t want to shape that future on our own; we want to build it with you, for you!

Over the coming months, we will reach out to Francophone communities, patients and caregivers, health care providers, our partners, and stakeholders in the health care system to listen to their experiences, understand their priorities, and gather their aspirations.

Because the future of French language healthcare services must be shaped in consultation with those who live it, uphold it, and drive it forward. Every voice counts.

Let's transform the future of French language healthcare services in Ontario.

Our approach

Consultation events will take place in various regions of Ontario as well as online.

Whether you’re a member of the Francophone community, a patient or caregiver, a health care provider, a health care professional, a community organization, a partner, a researcher, or a stakeholder in the health care system, you have a perspective to share.

Can’t make it to a meeting?

Our online survey also allows you to contribute to the process, no matter where you are in Ontario.

How your input will shape the way forward

Your participation doesn’t end with the consultation; the perspectives gathered will be compiled and analyzed to identify common realities, regional differences, emerging issues, and the priorities expressed. They will directly inform the development of the CPSSF’s strategic directions.
